Scream Team member and former Chair of the Brookline Board of Selectmen Donna Kalikow has this to say in a letter to the TAB on the issue of Deb Goldberg allegedly “flashing her commissioner’s badge” to avoid a traffic citation:
“I don’t know the particulars about the badge-flashing incident, but I can say this. It is known that several selectmen (including some endorsed by the TAB) have flashed those badges upon occasion.”
Noted without comment.

I wonder if any of these badge flashers were also wearing leather outfits. “All right perp, this is a bust!”
If a former Selectman retains his/her police commissioner badge and utilizes it, isn’t that a form of fraud or misrepresentation?
