Time for the Shouting.

According to (the always helpful) Town Clerk Pat Ward, as of 5 P.M. just under 20% of voters had turned out in Brookline. (I think Ward was projecting a much higher turnout [40%], which seems remote at this point). The precincts seeing the most action are (with votes cast so far):

Pct. 3 - 472

Pct. 9 - 461

Pct. 12 - 450

Pct. 14 - 462

Pct. 15 - 529

Pct. 16 - 515

I have no idea what it means, and I learned a long time ago that only fools and prophets make predictions (and endorsements).

Update (10:03): Deval Patrick carries Brookline with nearly 70% of the vote. Wow.  Goldberg carries Brookline by just over 50%.
