There’s lots more to say on the sorry state of affairs wrought by Brookline town government, but the pull of the holidays tells us it will have to wait for 2008. In the meantime, On Brookline will present a daily countdown (beginning Wednesday) of the top stories from 2007 (at least from our perspective).

In the meantime, best wishes to all during this season of hope.
