Dr. Seuss’ Cat in the Hat says, “the only way to find the missing something is to find out where it’s not.” Archie adds to his Urban Ring series and asks whether this massive (which has morphed into the shape of the cat’s chapeau) project’s funding is that missing something.
Time to call Thing 1 and Thing 2.
